Hello there
I’m Gary - an award-winning author, screenwriter, and creative developer.
Working for over a decade, I’ve co-created five IPs (so far) and written for LEGO, Disney, Universal Studios, and Marvel.
From pre-schoolers all the way to adults, I’ve written for them all. I love sci-fi, fantasy, horror, and adventure stories filled with thrills, laughs, drama, and action.
I also have extensive experience in writing for corporate and educational clients through freelance orders and salaried marketing and communication roles.
Building stories with LEGO
I’ve written 30+ LEGO comics (and one picture book story) for the Disney Princess, Jurassic World, Ninjago Legacy, Avengers, and Spider-Man brands. Look out for more in 2023 and beyond!
Educating through animation
I worked with Kino Bino Studio in developing pitches and writing animation and audio content for Amaze.org and National Trust.
Creating IPs for page and screen
I work with BHP Comics and I’m the co-director of BHP Studios. With them, I co-created the BOLD Superhero Universe through Creative Scotland and authored the award-winning YA graphic novel series, Plagued: The Miranda Chronicles. I’m co-developing new and exciting projects for page and screen right now. Watch this space.
